Its true! After nearly 10 LONG months, due date week is finally here! YAY! Whether she decides to come this week is a completely different story, however. At my appointment Friday, Dr. Gowen was under the impression that she was not close to coming and that I would definitely see him again at my regularly scheduled appointment this Friday. I dont know if I am excited about that or not.... this is the week of birthdays, though. Today is a friend from Davidson's, tomorrow is my cousin-in-law, Friday is my brother-in-law, and Saturday is my Grandmother's. Will she share a birthday with a family member or will she decide to make her own special day? That is the question.... If she doesnt want to come too early, I hope she doesnt decide to stay past Saturday. I obviously do not want to be induced since I am planning on an unmedicated birth. We will see, I suppose. She cooperated and turned at almost the last minute so maybe she will here as well.
