As of today, Adelyn is 11 months and 1 week old.... I can't believe her first birthday is literally right around the corner. It makes me sad to think that in a few short weeks my baby girl will no longer be a 'baby'. I look at her and think of her as a 5-6 month old just learning how to sit up by herself, she is most definitely WAY beyond that point, though!
- she is an expert crawler now. You turn your head for 2.2 seconds and she is gone. She loves going into any room with an open door and opening and closing the door (while sitting). There is the problem when she accidentally closes herself in. Poor Buck isnt getting nearly the amount of sleep he used to either- she is always all over him- pulling at his ears, standing up and jumping on him. It is pretty funny.
- pulling up. she can pull up on anything, anywhere. Doors, tables, rocking chairs, refrigerators, anything....
- cruising. she isnt standing or walking alone (thankfully), but she cruises on her crib, the couch and toys that she recieved for Christmas. She is getting quite good at it.
Anyways, we are going to enjoy these last few weeks before the toddler age begins to kick in.

She found her Duke paci the other week and now she loves to chew on it while she is crawling and playing.
